Reclaiming an offline revision

Outdated revisions of documents may be stored offline, depending on your system’s configuration. If they are reclaimable, the value of their Availability Status property in the Versions tab of the Properties dialog will read Offline (Reclaimable). You can reclaim these revisions with the Reclaim command.

To reclaim an offline revision:

1. In the document list, select the document for which you want to reclaim on offline revision.
2. Click the Versions tab to display the list of revisions for the selected document.
3. Right-click the revision that you want to reclaim and click Reclaim on the shortcut menu. The revision’s Availability Status value changes to Online.
